After a morning filled with birthday parties, Jasper and I came home and watched the end of the Men's French Open final. Rafael Nadal was playing Roger Federer in a classic match that stretched about 4 hours. It seemed like Rafa was clearly on his way to win his 6th title - having won the first 2 sets - but Roger came back to take the 3rd set. So, at the start of the 4th set, I decided that I needed to cheer Rafa on.
And it worked! Rafa won 7-5, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1 to take his 6th title, tying the record held by Bjorn Borg. Go Rafa!
